We bring more than 20 years of experience to the table and look forward to the challenge of building projects that are difficult. "Infinity" edge, natural rock streams, fountains and large "boulderscapes" are all within our area of experience.
We are completely familiar with the requirements of the various Health Departments, their regulations, and the proper manner in which to submit plans for approval. We have a special computer program designed specifically for commercial pool drawings. Our "shop" drawings provide easy to follow and understand diagrams, which gives us the best possible chance to get plans approved in a timely manner.
Most pool building companies simply cannot financially handle a large commercial project. The initial investment for permits, plans, engineering, excavation plumbing etc. can be daunting for most companies. Ventura Pool & Spa is structured to handle large commercial projects.
